The Ben'enator » Hail http://benheide.com Social Portal for Ben Heide Thu, 12 Apr 2012 05:03:40 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.3.2 Back in AB http://benheide.com/archives/9 http://benheide.com/archives/9#comments Fri, 18 Jul 2008 02:03:14 +0000 Benjamin http://benheide.com/?p=9 Finally made it back to Alberta to survey the damage from some wicked hail storms that ripped through the country while I was away.  Things are ugly and even at being gone 11 days, our lawn doesn’t need to be mowed because the hail beat it to the ground.  Most things that were green are gone, and even the trees took a beating.  We’ve got a bunch of holes in the siding on our house as well, and we’ll be making some insurance claims for sure.

It’s thundering now and pouring rain mixed with more hail so I’d better go.  I’ll have pics up on Flickr as soon as possible.
