			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are getting to be a tonne of social networking apps for mobile users.  Many of these center around Twitter, Pownce, FriendFeed or Facebook and most of these are limited to text only.  Generally speaking if you want to add video it can be a pain, and not something many novice users are willing to try and figure out.  If you Twitter, you may have heard of TwitPic which allows you to add pictures quite easily to your Twitter Tweets.</p>
<p>12Seconds.TV is a new startup that wants to allow users to be able to quickly share 12 seconds of their life via video clips.  Eg.</p>
